Role Summary
Maintain the standard sales order process
Input daily sales order data into ERP system in a timely manner
Maintain a complete record of supporting documents on sales orders
Answer customer and salesperson questions on sales orders
Send sales order packing instructions to the warehouse team and amend the order if needed
Process sales returns and communicate to the relevant departments
Process sale order cancellation and communicate to the relevant departments
Coordinate the movement of inventory between the warehouses
Identify inventory level discrepancies and communicate to relevant department to ensure inventory accuracy
Participate in bi- yearly stocktake process
Participate in the monthly customer statements issuance
Meet daily and monthly deadlines
Work together with internal departments to complete tasks in a timely manner
Requirement
Good command in English and Chinese language (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, MS Word, Excel)
Location in Kwai Chung
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 ; Saturday 08:30 - 13:00

Responsible for purchasing including but not limited to asking for quotations, order placements and follow up with quotation/vendor correspondence
Updating and monitoring stock levels
Ensuring accuracy of inventory
Updated market feedback on product supply and demand
